Published annually, the GQUAL Ranking is one of our core advocacy tools to monitor gender parity and geographical representation in international decision-making spaces. It tracks data from more than 140 countries whose nationals currently hold positions in international bodies related to international justice, international law and human rights.
To #ChangeThePicture we must first see it clearly. Gender-disaggregated data is non-negotiable for accountability and parity.

The Global Ranking presents the percentage of women occupying positions in 102 international bodies monitored by GQUAL. Only countries with more than one national are ranked.The data includes only appointed candidates and it does not capture nominations submitted by States that did not result in appointments.
