A Seat at the Table: What is the effect of having more women on corporate boards?

Julie Suk , Law professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and speaker at the GQUAL Launch Event, recently participated in a New York Time Room for Debate session which focused on the effect of having more women on corporate boards.

Suk’s contribution to the debate focused on how gender parity could legitimize corporate governance:

Gender parity creates opportunities for a greater professionalization of board members, and for reflection on how corporate leadership should function.
