Community

It is important that international bodies and organizations reflect principles of diversity and equality in their composition. To affect such a change, while not easy, is certainly possible. Current information shows that the under-representation of women in such institutions does not fix itself over time. Change requires a concentrated and coordinated effort from a diverse range of people, from the local level to the global level. GQUAL looks to be a meetingplace, a space for community, for those active in this movement.
